Legal Supervisor

Bank Mizuho Indonesia, a corporate Banking from Japan and subsidiary of Mizuho Bank Japan (third largest Bank in Japan) is looking for Legal Supervisor. This position will be located at Menara Astra - Sudirman, Central Jakarta

Requirement:

1.  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English (fluent)
3. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill(s): Banking Product, Contract Drafting, Microsoft Office
5. Having experience in handling litigation cases, attending court session or dispute involving Bank is preferable.
6. Team Player

Brief Job Description:

1. Prepare and review legal documents and render legal advise related to banking business activities

2. Ensure the completeness of legal documentation prior entering to banking transaction or services

3. Assisting Department Head in handling syndication facility as facility and security agent
